I had the good fortune to work both directly and indirectly with Jon over an extended period at the BBC. He joined the User Activity Team at a challenging time and very much hit the ground running adding value from day 1. Following this he worked on a number of other teams for the BBC including the key and problematic ID team bringing much needed order there. He has a deep knowledge of Agile working practices combined with sound instincts, an energetic proactive approach and masses of common sense. I would welcome any opportunity to work with him again and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing a very gifted technical manager.
