His personality is amazing; very analytical, always asking the right questions at the right time. His past experience as a teacher is a real plus, and makes him stand out from other project managers you find on the market; he has the ability to lead you to solutions that were in fact buried deep in your own mind the whole time, just by talking to you and helping you think straight to the heart of the problem.
