Jon has a wealth of knowledge on agile practices that he is happy to share with everyone. He is highly delivery focused and is always happy to nag people to complete actions, particularly the ones people don’t want to do. I have to thank him for keeping me honest on some tasks. He has very little time for politics that get in the way of delivery which I always found very refreshing.
