It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Jon. He has a keen eye to identify opportunities for improvement and once he has his eyes set on such opportunities, he leaves no stone unturned until results have been achieved. He casts a meticulous eye over multiple projects and teams while fulfilling multiple roles. He is someone the PingTune team constantly turns to for support and guidance. Jon is a good listener, understands the dynamics of the different teams very well and strives to bring out the best from everyone. What I like the most about Jon is that he is not one of those managers who blindly impose an agenda or a methodology without thought. He observed and understood the teams thoroughly before making any changes. He is a dedicated, efficient, focussed and smart colleague with a winning sense of humour. Jon has been a constant source of learning for me and I’d love to work with him again.
