Jon is one of the best people I have worked with in 20 years. He applies his own intelligence to his vast knowledge of production methods and moulds that to fit the team he is working with. During his time at the FT he led the delivery of the GDPR consent workstream but also took on wider responsibility around the project. People sought out his expertise, because it made everyone’s lives easier and helped hit deadlines. I’ve learnt an incredible amount from Jon. I’ve changed how I work because of him. Any time I approach project planning or definition, the phrase ‘What would Pokroy do?’ rings through my head.
