What can I say about Jon “magician” Pokroy, he is possibly one of the most knowledgeable and insightful individuals I have ever worked with. He has the ability to work with teams and within a short period of time transform them into highly productive and efficient engines. Besides that, he cares about educating his teams and shares his knowledge with everyone who works with him. After a few weeks of joining my programme he became my mentor and coach. He spent a great deal of time to show me the pragmatic side of product development, agile and Jira. Coworking with Jon was such a great experience. Having someone like Jon in the company was a real value and I hope to work with him in a near future.
