Jon is a Jedi Master when it comes to delivery and agile/scrum. He has an uncanny ability to absorb vast amounts of data, and articulate this to who ever his audience is… a great skill for a delivery manager/scrum master, who can not only establish high functioning teams but also coach budding Product Owners (like me), on their journey from good to great. Jon is always happy to make time to talk, and brings an aura of calm and competence to even the most challenging of circumstances.
