If you need a project done, or a process improved, then I can’t think of anyone else I’d rather have on the team than Jon. Jon joined my team at the start of the year and immediately set to work spotting the strengths and weaknesses of the project and providing excellent advice on how to improve the current process. He quickly bonded with the wider product team and worked to provide help and support to multiple teams within the programme. Jon is one of the hardest working individuals I’ve ever met and is always focused on delivering business value.
