I worked with Jon Pokroy (Delivery lead) on the GDPR transformation programme. The moment Jon joined he made an impact. He quickly put things into shape, including cadence, ceremonies, stand ups and processes and structures and he did a superb job in ensuring lots of efficiencies were put in place at the same time. Jon asks a lot of questions, and he questions everything, it actually makes you go away and think! Its a great trait and totally part of his role but not many delivery leads do this. He is witty, likeable, fantastic at his job and would be an asset in any organisation. He made teams come together, work towards delivering the same outcome to a very tight deadline!
